NESSIE (New Skills & Spaces Impulse for the Education of aspirant energy – transition installers)

We develop vocational education and training modules on the energy transition for the upskilling and retraining of engineers, designers, technicians and craftsmen across the European Union, who are needed to deliver the energy transition plans in practice.

NESSIE aims to develop a bottom-up additional educational contribution to strengthening skills across the workforce in the energy, installation and construction sectors by facilitating and accelerating collaboration between frontline energy transition islands/coastal regions.

Vi udvikler erhvervsuddannelses- og træningsmoduler om energiomstillingen for opkvalificering og omskoling af ingeniører, designere, teknikere og håndværkere i hele Den Europæiske Union, som er nødvendige for at levere energiomstillingsplanerne i praksis.

NESSIE sigter mod at udvikle et bottom-up ekstra uddannelsesbidrag til at styrke kompetencer på tværs af arbejdsstyrken i energi-, installations- og byggesektoren ved at lette og fremskynde samarbejdet mellem frontløbende energiomstillingsøer/kystregioner.

I projektet har vi udviklet et framework med navnet The Light House Journey. Frameworket er blevet skabt til at hjælpe potentielle lighthouses med at skabe den forandring som de håber på at kunne skabe. Se modellen nedenfor
